Rules & Regulations


The Mooring Agreement form must be completed prior to being assigned a spot in the harbor. Owner is responsible for maintenance of their watercraft. Watercraft that causes damage to other watercraft, lifts or
structures is the responsibility of the watercraft owner. All lifts must be removed from the
property by the end of the 2023 boating season. Click Here to obtain form.

Pavilion, Patio & Table Reservations

This form must be completed prior to reserving the Pavilion/Patio/Tables for
a picnic or party. It will reserve the area for your use. If any tables are
moved, the individual completing this form is responsible for moving tables
back to the patio/pavilion area. Tables should not be moved to the grass.
You will also be responsible for clean up of your area with all garbage
placed in the cans at the gates. Cars are only allowed in gravel area when
